Exchange and Return Policy
At Garnoma, we ensure our customers have the right to request a replacement or refund for any product purchased from our store. This policy applies to all items available on our website, subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement:
Products are eligible for return or replacement if they are in their original condition and packaging as delivered.
Timeframe for Returns and Replacements:
- Returns must be initiated within three (3) days of purchase.
- Replacements must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
Contact us through the "Contact Us" page or via phone. Provide a photo of the product, along with your city, address, and order number, for verification.
Conditions for Refunds and Replacements:
- If the product is defective, damaged, or significantly differs from its description on our website, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
- A full refund is guaranteed if the product delivered is entirely different from what was described on the product page.
- Returns requested without a valid defect or issue will incur a deduction of 30% of the product price or a minimum fee of 25 dirhams, whichever is higher.
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for customer expectations of product performance unless explicitly stated on the product page.
- For defective or damaged items, we will arrange for a replacement once the claim is validated.
